Parent Self Transportation Form
In the rare event that band parents/guardians wish to transport their student to or from an event, they must fill out this form and turn it into Mr. Knepper before the event. If possible, please Mr. Knepper ample notice if you use this form, as many band students are assigned jobs for unloading and loading, which may have to be altered if a student is missing. Students who miss unloading and loading are still responsible for their uniform, and instrument/equipment making it back to their proper storage location in the IRHS band room.
